Tickets for all Railyard-hosted events are available for purchase online and in person.
How to Purchase Tickets

Event Day Box Office Hours
The Box Office opens one (1) hour prior to showtime on event days.
We recommend arriving early to avoid lines and allow time for seating.
To ensure valid entry, tickets should only be purchased through our official website or directly from the Railyard Ticket Office. We are not responsible for tickets purchased through third-party resale platforms.

The Railyard Ticketing Policies
By purchasing tickets to events at The Railyard Event & Conference Center (“The Railyard”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless an event is canceled by The Railyard.
2. Event Changes
Event dates, times, performers, and programming are subject to change without prior notice. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
3. Event Cancellation
If an event is canceled by The Railyard, ticket holders will be notified via the email provided at purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment in accordance with TicketSauce policies. Processing times may vary.
4. Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will automatically be honored for the new date.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you must contact us within the timeframe specified in the notification email to request credit consideration.
5. Weather Policy
The Railyard Event & Conference Center is not responsible for weather-related travel disruptions. Unless an event is officially canceled, tickets remain non-refundable.

7. Code of Conduct
The Railyard reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest without refund for disruptive behavior, intoxication, or violation of venue policies.
8. Age Restrictions
Certain events may have age restrictions. Please review event details prior to purchase.
9. Outside Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. The Railyard may offer concessions and bar service depending on the event.
10. Photography & Media
By entering the venue, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes without compensation.
