The Railyard Event & Conference Center is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests, performers, event organizers, staff, and vendors.

All guests attending events at the venue are expected to follow this Guest Code of Conduct.

Expected Behavior

Guests are expected to:

• Treat all guests, staff, performers, and vendors with respect

• Follow instructions from venue staff and security personnel

• Respect venue property and facilities

• Follow all posted venue policies and event guidelines

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Guests should conduct themselves in a manner that supports a safe and positive experience for everyone attending an event.

Prohibited Behavior

The following behavior may result in removal from the venue without refund:

• Disruptive, abusive, or threatening behavior

• Harassment or discrimination toward other guests, staff, or performers

• Fighting, physical altercations, or aggressive conduct

• Intoxication that creates a safety concern

• Possession of illegal substances

• Damage to venue property or equipment

• Unauthorized access to restricted or backstage areas

• Interference with performers, speakers, or event operations

• Throwing objects or engaging in unsafe activities

• Failure to follow instructions from venue staff or security

Alcohol and Substance Use

Guests consuming alcohol must do so responsibly and comply with all local and state laws.

The Railyard Event & Conference Center reserves the right to refuse alcohol service or remove guests who appear visibly intoxicated or behave in a manner that threatens safety.

Safety and Security

To maintain a safe environment, security or venue staff may take appropriate actions when necessary, including:

• Asking guests to comply with venue policies

• Removing guests who violate this Code of Conduct

• Contacting local law enforcement if required

Guests who are removed from the venue for violating these policies will not be eligible for a refund.

Reporting Concerns

If you witness behavior that appears unsafe or disruptive, please notify venue staff or security as soon as possible so the situation can be addressed.

Policy Updates

The Railyard Event & Conference Center reserves the right to update this Guest Code of Conduct at any time to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
